English is the official congress language for the EMDS meeting. All oral and poster presentations should be in English. No (simultaneous) translation to other languages will be foreseen.

Reduced registration rate for EMDS members
EMDS members receive € 50.00 discount on the registration rate. The EMDS has an annual individual membership fee of € 25.00. The membership dues should be paid prior to the start of the EMDS meeting in order to take advantage of the reduced registration fee for members. Please bring proof of paid EMDS membership dues for 2011 with you to the registration desk at the EMDS 2011 meeting.

Reduced registration rate for students
Students receive € 100.00 discount on the registration rate. The reduction for students is NOT cumulative with the reduction for EMDS membership. Please bring proof of studentship with you to the registration desk at the EMDS 2011 meeting.
