Kedves Kollégák, Örömmel hívjuk meg Önöket az idei ACHD Vitafórumra, amely egyedülálló a magyarországi kardiológiai rendezvények között. Idei évben negyedik alkalommal kerül megrendezésre ebben az egyedi formában vitafórumunk, melynek célja, hogy közös gondolkodásra hívjuk mindazokat, akik a komplex Felnőtt Veleszületett Szívbetegségek mellett PAH, illetve Várandóság és szívbetegség témákkal is foglalkoznak. A délelőtti szekció az európai és hazai ACHD betegek jövőképét és ellátási trendjeit tárgyalja, betekintést adva a régióban működő centrumok tapasztalataiba és az ellátás szervezésének jövőbeli irányaiba. Ezt követően a fókusz az intrakardiális defektussal élő betegek ellátására, a sönthöz kötött pulmonális hipertónia korszerű diagnosztikai és terápiás lehetőségeire. A délutáni program jobb szívfél-elégtelenség kezelési stratégiáival, valamint a Fontan-keringés komplex menedzsmentjével folytatódik, majd a napot az új ESC Terhesség és Szívbetegség irányelv értelmezése és gyakorlati megbeszélése zárja. A fórumunk célja, nem utolsó sorban az ismerkedés, a szakmai kapcsolatok megteremtése, és a jövőbeni betegutak könnyítése. Neves külföldi előadók emelik rendezvényünk színvonalát. Külön öröm számunkra, hogy az európai ACHD és PAH ellátás iskolájának kiemelkedő képviselői Prof. Margarita Brida és Prof. George Giannakoulas, valamint az “alma materünknek” tartható Torontói ACHD Centrum vezetője, Prof. Alonso-Gonzalez is elfogadta meghívásunkat. Segítségükkel betekintést nyerhetünk az európai és kanadai ACHD centrumok napi gyakorlatába és legújabb kezelési modelljeibe.
