A 21. századi gyors technológiai fejlődés, a mesterséges intelligencia, a gépi tanulás és a virtuális valóság  számos előnnyel járt az idegsebészet számára, de számos kihívást is jelentett.

Két viharos pandémiás év után a belgrádi kongresszus kiváló lehetőséget biztosít majd a tapasztalatok megosztására és az eszmecserére a magas szinvonalú tudományos programokon keresztül, amelynek célja, hogy átfogó betekintést nyújtson ezekbe az előnyökbe és kihívásokba.
