The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. At the conclusion of this symposium, participants should be able to discuss the clinical decision making and current techniques for various reconstructive surgery procedures of the head and neck, breast, extremity, and thorax and abdomen. Participants should also be able to explain safety considerations and how to avoid and manage complications and optimize results for these procedures. In addition, participants should be able to describe long-term results, benefits, and risks associated with these reconstructive surgery procedures.
