A Semmelweis Egyetem Nefropatológiai Munkacsoportja és a Belgyógyászati és Onkológiai Klinika nefrológusai örömmel hívják meg a nefrológiával foglalkozó orvosokat/kutatókat a Nefropatológiai Esetmegbeszélések soron következő előadására, melyet online szervezünk. Előadók klinikai részről: dr. Pethő Ákos, dr. Studinger Péter, dr. Ledó Nóra.

Esetek:
64 éves nő. Ismert myeloma multiplex. Lassan romló veseműködés, vizeletében kb. 1 g/die PU. Amyloidosis irányában a biopsziás mintavételek negatív eredményt adtak.
62 éves nő. AML miatt allogén őssejt transzplantáción átesett beteg. IS mellett fokozatosan romló vesefunkció.
44 éves nő. Anamnézisében systema lupus erythematosus, antiphospholipid antitest syndroma. AV-i ganraena miatti b.o. cruralis és j.o. II lábujj amputatiot követően kialakult akut vesekárodás.
