Access to kidney care remains hindered by a significant gap between available treatments and their implementation, taking an average of 17 years to translate clinical evidence into practice.
Now is the time to act to improve access to care for individuals living with kidney disease. With clear guidelines for prevention and management, we must ensure early diagnosis and appropriate treatment, breaking down systematic barriers to preserve and improve kidney health globally.
