2024 World Critical Care & Anesthesiology Conference (2024 WCAC) is a premiere educational event which is designed to advance knowledge and expertise in trauma and critical care that rotate between continents and are organized in collaboration with national and international Anesthesiologic, Pulmonary, Thoracic and Critical Care societies and associations. The World Congress on Interventional Therapies for Type 2 Diabetes is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary forum where leading international experts will conduct a critical review and discussion of the latest research findings on metabolic/bariatric surgery and novel interventional therapies for type 2 diabetes. The signature design of this congress includes state-of-the art review lectures and debates among clinicians, scientists, and policy makers.
The overarching aim is to craft an agenda of research priorities and health policy initiatives and discuss how the study of gastrointestinal interventions may improve the understanding of diabetes and provide direction for future treatments of curative intent.
