A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 41. évfolyamának 4. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 69 éves férfi. Hét éve fönnálló nefrózis szindróma. Anamnézisben sikeresen kezelt HCV fertőzés. Cirrózis hepatisz, monoklonális gammopátia. (referálják: Dr. Bogó Ákos, Dr. Bitó László, Prof. Iványi Béla).
2. 32 éves férfi. Magas vérnyomás érték, idült vesebetegség (bGFR 32 ml/min/1,73 m2), 2,4 g/nap proteinuria, dizmorf mikrohematuria. Jelentősen elhízott, a hipertóniája 15 éve ismert. (referálják: Dr. Fejes Imola, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 72 éves férfi. B-CLL. 6 g/nap proteinuria, dizmorf mikrohematuria, bGFR 60 ml/min/1,73 m2. C3, C4: norm. Enyhén emelkedett LDH értékek, a szérum bilirubin szint normális. (referálják: Dr. Bitó László, Prof. Iványi Béla, kommentár: Dr. Gurbity Pálfi Tímea).

A beszélgetést vezeti: MIKLÓS BARBARA pszichológus (Budapest)
A divatos öltözködés, és a divatbemutató eseménye önteremtés a tárgyakon, az öltözéken keresztül. A test, a vágy elrejtése és megmutatása egyszerre. Napjaink divatbemutatóira jellemző, hogy felborítják a régi hűvös-formális kifutó rendjét, teatralitást közvetítenek, performanszokká válnak. A performansz pedig szükségszerűen a pszichoanalitikus terápia történetét ismétli: titkos, máshol kifejezhetetlen belső konfliktusokat, tudattalan vágyakat, vágykonstrukciókat közvetít testi jelenléttel. A divattervező Alexander McQueen ilyen divatperformanszokat vitt színre. A ruhán, az öltözéken keresztül patológiás folyamatokat (agressziót, fétist, paranoiát) osztott meg nézőivel. A mieinket és persze a sajátját is. 2010 februárjában pár nappal anyja halála után lett öngyilkos. Előadásom McQueen divatperformanszait, divatba burkolt színi produkcióit mutatja be és próbálja értelmezni a pszichoanalízis segítségével. Hátterét a „Divatelmélet, teatralitás, dekonstrukció: kortárs divatperformanszok” című kötet adja.
