We have the pleasure to announce you that the EAPM Board decided to extend the deadline for abstract submission until the 30th of March, coinciding with the early bird registration fee. Accepted abstracts will not be published in the Journal of Psychosomatic Research but will be considered for publication in the journal Psychologishe Medizin. Please send your abstract via the conference e-mail: eapm2014@pproevents.com
We remind you that the first top 70 - 100 abstracts will be published in JPR and the rest in the Austrian Journal: Psychologische Medizin (in English). All accepted papers can be published in Conference Proceedings after the meeting. All authors will be announced until the 20th of March if their abstract/symposium has been accepted for Oral Presentation/Poster, JPR publication or Austrian Journal. Authors who submitted their paper later than the 9th of February will be announced until April, 15th.
We remind you that we will have the following plenary sessions:
1. Psychosomatic Medicine and cultural change – Keynote speaker: Marta NOVAK (Budapest, Hungary/Toronto, Canada), Silvia FERRARI(Modena, Italy)
2. Psychosomatics in the elderly population – Keynote speaker: Karl-Heinz LADWIG(Munich, Germany), Joris SLAETS (Groningen, The Netherlands),
3. Brain-gut axis and the psychosomatics in gastroenterology - Keynote speakers: Douglas DROSSMAN (Chapel Hill, USA), Gabriele MOSER (Wien, Austria)
Also we will have a joint ISBM-EAPM meeting plus guests from ICPM, which is one more reason to join us in Sibiu.
