Kiemelt témák: extracelluláris vezikulák immunológiai szerepe, mRNS technológia az immunológiában és autoinflammáció
A Vándorgyűlés a hazai immunológus kutatóközösség legfontosabb fóruma, mely során időszerű témákban az immunológia elismert hazai és külföldi felkért előadói tartanak átfogó előadásokat. Mindemellett, a vándorgyűlés évről évre a hazai immunológiai kutatóműhelyek seregszemléje, az elmúlt év során elért kutatási eredmények előadások és poszterek formájában történő bemutatása. A hazai immunológusok vagy immunológiával összefüggő kutató-gyógyító munkát végzők a Vándorgyűlésen az ismeretszerzésen túl lehetőséget kapnak a személyes találkozásra, szakmai kapcsolatok kialakítására vagy erősítésére, és a konferenciát támogató cégek képviselőivel való párbeszédre is.
Az elmúlt évtizedek azt igazolták, hogy az immunológiai folyamatok alapvető jelentőségűek nem csak az egészség megőrzésében, hanem a humán megbetegedések kialakulásában is. A védőoltások és az immunterápiás módszerek mindennapos hatékony alkalmazása ma már rangot ad az immunológiai kutatásoknak. Mára egyértelművé vált, hogy az immunológiai vizsgálatok eredményei rendkívüli mértékben segítik a humán megbetegedések diagnosztikáját és terápiáját.
A konferencia keynote előadója Pardi Norbert (University of Pennsylvania, USA) lesz.

2024. október 14-16. között, a Semmelweis Egyetem Gyermekgyógyászati Klinika szervezésében, több év kihagyás után megrendezésre kerül a csecsemő- és gyermekgyógyászati intenzív terápiás kötelező szintentartó tanfolyam, melyre szeretettel várunk minden érdeklődőt!
A 3 napos, 50 kreditpontra akkreditált tanfolyamra a Gyermekgyógyászati Klinika Bókay utcai részlegének tantermében kerül sor (VIII. Bókay János utca 54.). A tanfolyamra az OFTEX portálon lehet jelentkezni, ahol egyben a program is megtekinthető.
Az alábbi szakképesítések birtokában a megszerzett pontszám kötelező szintentartó tanfolyamon megszerzettnek minősül:
- csecsemő és gyermekgyógyászati intenzív terápia
- aneszteziológia és intenzív terápia
- csecsemő- és gyermekgyógyászat
- neonatológia
Ha a résztvevő nem rendelkezik a felsorolt szakvizsgák bármelyikével, akkor számára szabadon választható tanfolyami pontként lehet elszámolni a megszerzett pontokat.

58 éves férfi. Colitis ulcerosa, CLL. Május óta rapid vesefunkció romlás, aktív vizeletüledék.
35 éves nő. Rutin labor kapcsán észlelték anaemiáját és vesefunkció csökkenést (GFR 20-40, kreatinin 150 umol/l). UPCR 676, UACR 361. Vizelet üledékben fehérvérsejtek, acanthocyták, egy-egy sejtes cilinder.
