Képzésünket azoknak a szakembereknek hirdetjük meg, akik szorongós csoportok vezetését tervezik kognitív-viselkedésterápia felhasználásával.
A képzés során részletesen bemutatjuk kórházunk osztályán sikeresen és hatékonyan alkalmazott programsorozatunkat, melyet szorongó gyermekek számára dolgoztunk ki, és kognitív-viselkedésterápiás eszközökön alapul.
A program vázát Philip C. Kendall által szorongó gyermekek és serdülők számára kidolgozott Coping Cat program nyújtja, azonban számos kreatív ötlet, játék és egyéb módszer egészíti ki, amelyek segítségével a gyermekek könnyen és játékosan tudnak különféle szorongáscsökkentő stratégiákat elsajátítani. A tanfolyamon az elméleti és módszertani képzés mellett sajátélményre is lesz lehetősége a résztvevőknek, sőt a tanfolyamot követően előzetes egyeztetés alapján csoportjainkra is ellátogathatnak. A csoportvezető munkáját számos fénymásolt segédanyag segítheti, amelyek jól felhasználhatók a csoportfoglalkozásokon, ezeket szintén megkapják a résztvevők.
