Konferenciánk ez évben a tükör metaforát választotta a pszichoanalízis értelmező beállítottságának és a benne rejlő alkotói lehetőségnek a megragadására.
A valóság, mint tükörkép, az anya tükröző arcával veszi kezdetét, miként arról Winnicott és Lacan, vagy a neurobiológia eredményeit integrálva Schore ír. A tükrözés vágya ismerhető fel a kreatív alkotó folyamatban, a torz tükör ellen irányuló harag pedig a pusztításban.
A pszichoanalízis folyamatának kezdetekor pácienseink az analitikus kíséretével mondhatni „tükörországba” lépnek. Analitikusként, ha szerencsések vagyunk, sikerülhet valamit e tükrözési folyamat lényegéből pácienseinknek megmutatni, és a túlságosan homályos, torz tükörképeket a megélés és értelmezés erejével megszelídíteni.
És mi analitikusok, terapeuták is sokféleképpen tükröződünk: pácienseink reakcióiban, abban, ahogy mások – a szűkebb és tágabb szakma vagy akár a társadalom – bennünket lát, hatásunkra vagy puszta jelenlétünkre reagál. Végül saját magunkban is, ahogy szakmaiságunkat napról napra megéljük, és ahogy ez a megélés kialakul először a képzési folyamatban, majd változik később az évek, évtizedek során.
Aktív részvételre invitáljuk azokat a kollégákat, akik a pszichoanalitikus gondolkodási keretét kreatívan használják terápiás, tudományos és művészeti munkájukban, segítve, hogy „a gondolkodás önvizsgálatának” dialogikus, nyugati hagyománya továbbéljen.

Tisztelt Kollégák, kedves Barátaink!
Amikor valaki a 15. életévét eléri, sok országban már nem is gyermeknek, hanem fiatal felnőttnek (jung adult) szólítják. Hát így jártunk most mi is a sokak által szeretett és várt és egy szorgos csapat által évente nagy ügybuzgalommal összeállított DANunkkal.
Évről-évre tanulni igyekszünk a visszajelzésekből, amikor leülünk összeállítani a programot. Az egyik legfontosabb visszajelzés az egyes előadásokról és kurzusokról a résztvevők száma. Éppen ezért azt gondoltuk, hogy a tavaly nagy érdeklődés mellett megrendezett bronchoscopiás, a vérzésdiagnosztrikával és kezeléssel foglalkozó hemosztazeológiai, valamint a szimulációs központunkban megrendezett ALS kurzusokat idén is megismételjük, hátha vannak olyanok, akik tavaly a létszámkorlát miatt kiszorultak és persze számítunk az aneszteziológus közösségbe a közelmúltban belépett kollégák érdeklődésére is.
Elméleti előadásaink fókuszában idén a perioperatív ellátás mellett néhány izgalmas intenzív terápiás kérdés áll és külön szekciót szentelünk majd néhány érsebészeti újdonságra és a gyermekanesztézia néhány kiemeltebb kérdésének is. A korábbi évekhez hasonlóan igyekeztünk valamennyi előadás megtartására a szakma hazai elismert előadóit megnyerni. Külön megtiszteltetés, hogy a külföldi előadóink között újra a DAN-on köszönthetjük Sorin Brull professzort a Mayo Klinikáról.
A „Pro Anaesthesia Debreceniensi” Díj idei két kitüntetettje Dr. Bogár Lajos Professzor úr és Thomas Fuchs-Buder (Nancy, Franciaország) lesznek. Számunkra nagy megtiszteltetés, amilyen kitüntetett szeretettel és támogatással viseltettek a debreceni anesztézia iránt az elmúlt évtizedben, ezért nagy megtiszteltetés, hogy átadhatjuk nekik a díjat.
Ami a hátteret illeti: a már megszokott professzionalitással dolgozó szervező csapat (Convention Budapest Kft) és a helyszín (Kölcsey Központ) garantálja majd, hogy idén is tartalmas programban és nagyszerű környezetben legyen részünk.
