Kedves Kolléganők és Kollégák!
Magyarországon jelenleg a colorectalis májáttétekre vonatkozó kezelési elv nem elérhető. Országos statisztika alapján hazánkban évi több mint 1000 májresectio történik, összesen 34 sebészi osztály közreműködésével. A perioperatív halálozás az egyes osztályok közt azonban jelentős eltéréseket mutat. Míg egyes centrumok esetén a mortalitás, a nyugat-európai adatoknak megfelel (<3%), addig bizonyos osztályokon ennél jóval magasabb. Ennek hátterében részben a colorectalis májáttétek sebészi ellátására vonatkozó hazai ajánlás hiánya, részben pedig az ellátás centralizálásának elmaradása állhat.
A fentiekre való tekintettel rendezzük meg a colorectalis májáttétek ellátására vonatkozó konszenzus konferenciát 2019. április 5-én. A tudományos ülés kapcsán célunk, hogy széles szakmai körben már nemzetközileg elfogadott, az aktuális irodalmon alapuló szakmai ajánlásokat a hazai környezetre is aktualizáljuk, mintegy iránymutatást adva a jövőbeli szakmai párbeszédeink megalapozásához.
Ezúton szeretnénk felkérni Önt és munkatársait, hogy 2019. április 5-én tiszteljenek meg bennünket jelenlétükkel a budapesti New York palotában. Szavazatukkal, érveikkel hozzájárulhatnak a hazai szakmai irányelvek kialakításához.
A részvétel ingyenes, de előzetes regisztráció szükséges március 22-i határidővel.
