Tisztelt Kongresszusi Résztvevők! Kedves Kollégák!

Hosszú ideig reménykedtünk benne, hogy a számos online rendezvény után a Képalkotó Munkacsoport VI. Kongresszusát már személyes jelenléttel tudjuk megrendezni. Sajnos mostanra nyilvánvalóvá vált, hogy a járványhelyzet nem engedi meg, hogy júniusban Szegeden találkozhassunk.

A kardiológia és ezzel együtt a kardiovaszkuláris képalkotó vizsgálatok fejlődése azonban a járvány ideje alatt sem állt meg. Ezért nagyon fontosnak tartjuk, hogy bemutathassuk az érdeklődőknek a legújabb diagnosztikus lehetőségeket, a képalkotó módszerek egyre bővülő fegyvertárát. Ugyancsak nagy jelentőségű, hogy megosszuk egymással a COVID járvány során szerzett tapasztalatainkat. Mindezek fényében úgy döntöttünk, a kongresszust változatlan tartalommal, de online formában rendezzük meg. Az előadásokat valós időben közvetítjük, így a vita során az érdeklődők élő chatfalon keresztül tehetik fel kérdéseiket, kommentálhatják az elhangzottakat.

A kongresszus akkreditációja folyamatban van. (Az előző hasonló rendezvényt 38 ponttal akkreditálták az OFTEX-en.)

A kongresszus megnyitását megelőzően, 2021. 06. 17-én délelőtt az érdeklődők a GE Healthcare által szervezett ingyenes online szimpóziumon vehetnek részt. A program a fejlett képalkotó technikák mindennapi használatát helyezi előtérbe egy új tréning-formátumot alkalmazva: a regisztrált résztvevők virtuális EchoPAC-szervereken gyakorolhatják a legújabb elemzési metódusokat akár a saját otthonukból. A szimpózium programja és a regisztráció részletei a mellékelt dokumentumokban találhatók.  

Reméljük mindez felkeltette érdeklődésüket és hamarosan, ha más formában nincs is erre lehetőségünk, de legalább virtuálisan találkozhatunk. Szeretettel várunk mindenkit, aki a modern, multimodális kardiológiai képalkotás iránt érdeklődik!

The Congress of the European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO) is now a very well established scientific meeting, and has participants not only from Europe, but from all continents of the world. It is the largest congress in dermato-oncology and there are no competing congresses in this field.

The 18th EADO Congresswill be hosted in the amazing city of Seville, Spain and will be a hybrid event comprising both an in-person conference and a virtual conference. We believe it will be one of the first congresses where face-to-face meetings will once again be possible.

Each EADO congress brings with it a special area of emphasis and Seville has a clinical focus on both the early diagnosis of skin cancer and dermatosurgery as part of the integral approach to skin cancer patients. Consequently, the promising therapeutic landscape that the increasingly conservative surgery and the latest breakthroughs in immunotherapy and targeted therapy bring to skin cancer patients will be comprehensively discussed in Seville, with also special attention to dermoscopy and other diagnostic technologies.

Compared to previous congresses, there is a balanced offering of topics on melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer.
