Az allergiás megbetegedések száma az elmúlt évtizedekben robbanásszerű emelkedést mutat.
A civilizáció fejlődésével számos új immunválaszt befolyásoló szennyező és allergizáló anyag került környezetünkbe .Az atópiás és allergiás immunreakciók genetikai diszpoziciója mellett napi érintkezésbe kerülünk olyan ,korábban csak elvétve alkalmazott kémiai vegyületekkel ,melyek napjainkra már a leggyakoribb allergénekké váltak. A globalis környezetszennyeződés nem csak a human ,hanem a növényi biológiai folyamatokra is hat ,befolyásolva azok immunrendszerre ható tulajdonságait is.
Az allergiás megbetegedések a gazdaságilag fejlett országok lakosságának közel egyharmadát érintik, hazai felmérések szerint az allergiás prediszpozició a lakosság közel 40%-ban kimutatható.
A részben környezeti ártalom eredményeként jelentkező allergia mára multidiszciplinaris betegséggé vált. Az allergiás kórképekben szenvedő betegek, az egyes szakmák alapismereteinek bővítésével, egyazon szakterületen belül kezelhetők magas szinten, melyhez természetesen elengedhetetlen más szakmák allergológusainak kollaborációja.
A változatos tünetekkel jelentkező allergiás betegek első kezelője többnyire az alapellátás szakorvosa, aki a beteg acut ellátását, továbbá a diagnosztikai vizsgálatok elindítására a szükséges szakorvoshoz történő irányítást végzi .Ezt tartottuk szem előtt , továbbképző tanfolyamunk programjának összeállításában ,amikor az allergiás kórképekkel napi betegellátásban foglalkozó , hazai és nemzetközi viszonylatban elismert szakemberek ,egyetemi oktatók gyakorlati tapasztalatait adjuk közre. A változatos klinikai tünetek bemutatása mellett a diagnózis felállításához szükséges alapismeretek és az interdiszciplinaris kapcsolódásokat ismertetjük.
Az előadók az uniformizált protokollokat meghaladó gyakorlati tapasztalati tudása az alapellátásban dolgozó kollégáknak betegeik kezeléséhez bizonnyal nagy segítséget nyújt.

Now announcing the first ISEV meeting on Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) in Immunity!
What is EVs in Immunity?
5 – 7 November, 2025
Divani Caravel Hotel, Athens, Greece
ISEV is proud to announce the societies’ first conference focusing on EVs and immunity. This conference will bring thought leaders from various fields within Immunology and Extracellular Vesicle research together in order to address the key challenges at the interface of EV research and immunity. This conference will provide a unique forum for listening to the latest data from thought leaders, sharing new discoveries and exchanging ideas, setting up new collaborations, and identifying important future directions and research needs.
Furthermore, this meeting will provide the opportunity to initiate the activities of an ISEV “Special Interest Group” (SIG) dedicated to Immunity and EVs/NVEPs. We really hope that you will be as excited as us to attend this meeting, and possibly get a chance to become an active member of this SIG.
As a reminder, the symposium is confidential to foster new ideas and unpublished data sharing. We also would like to emphasize that this symposium is foreseen to develop into the reference conference on EVs in Immunity. There will be numerous opportunities for all of us to share our results or ideas in various focus areas, such as cancer, infectious diseases, central nervous system, cardiovascular diseases, developmental diseases, and various other relevant physiological and pathological conditions.
