A 2011. április 10-én megrendezésre kerülő fórum célja a szervátültetésre alkalmas betegek transzplantációval kapcslatos tájékozottságának növelése, valamint a betegek és hozzátartozóik együttes tájékoztatása az élődonoros szervátültetésről.
A múlt évi fórumokhoz kapcsolható eredmény magáért beszél: 12 élődonoros vesetranszplantáció!
A fórumra jelentkező közel 200 résztvevőt a SE Transzplantációs és Sebészeti Klinika körzetébe tartozó művese állomásokon kezelt betegek és hozzátartozóik adják.
Az előadásokat Dr. Langer Róbert sebész, a SOTE Transzplantációs Klinika igazgatója, Dr. Kovács János Balázs sebész és Dr. Chmel Rita nefrológus tartja. Az előadásokat követően élődonoros transzplantációban részt vett párok adják át tapasztalataikat a hallgatóságnak.
A Fórum a Transzplantációs Alapítvány a Megújított Életekért, a Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság, a Magyar Nefrológiai Társaság és a dialízis szolgáltatók együttműködésével kerül megrendezésre. |

| Recent developments in the field of cardiac imaging technologies led to the introduction of 3, 4 or even 7-dimensional depictions as diagnostic tools. There are only very few areas in medicine where anatomic as well as functional imaging are as crucial as in cardiology – this is mainly due to the constant movement of the targeted organ! The problem for the user is to catch up with these developments which reach the market at such rapid speed. |

From May 24 - 27, 2008, the "9th European Congress of Trauma and Emergency Surgery - First ESTES Congress" will take place in Budapest, Hungary.
This will be the first congress after the merger in May 2007 of two of Europe's largest trauma societies - ETS (European Trauma Society) and EATES (European Association for Trauma and Emergency Surgery) into ESTES - the European Society for Trauma and Emergency Surgery. With more than 5000 members and the support of several national trauma societies, ESTES is capable of significantly influencing the development and improvement of standards of trauma and emergency surgery in Europe.
Without doubt, Budapest 2008 will be a landmark event for the scientific community in Europe and beyond - which is why, on behalf of Congress President Peter Fröhlich and Congress Secretary Vilmos Vecsei, I invite you and your members to participate actively in this meeting.
