The Scientific Committee is pleased to invite you to:
- download the Preliminary Scientific Program and Schedule at a Glance available in the Congress Website - submit abstracts for selection as oral and poster presentations until 14 April 2014 as new updated deadline for submission through the On-line Abstract Submission System.
The two best presentations, after due evaluation by the Scientific Committee, will receive an award granted by Hip International respectively of 1.500 € and 1.000 €.
The awarded abstracts will be published as full original article/review in a forthcoming issue of Hip International. All selected abstracts will be included in a regular issue of Hip
International available at the Congress.

We cordially invite you to join or ask you registrars to join the 23rd European Course in Plastic Surgery to be held on 7-9 October 2014 in Scandic Park Helsinki, Finland.
A comprehensive programme has been assembled, which will be presented by a well-selected, distinguished and international scientific faculty.
The scientific topics of the course comprise the entire spectrum of plastic surgery including new ideas and aspects. The course is intended for plastic surgeons and residents in training, who wish to improve their knowledge, patients outcomes and satisfaction. We do hope that you will benefit from this “up to date” rehearsal of what is the state of art in Plastic Surgery in Europe and spend fruitful days in the Capital of the Finland and that you can use this opportunity to make new friends.

English will be the official language of the Congress. There will be no simultaneous interpretation.
SESSION TYPES
Sessions of different formats will cover all fields of Dermatology and Venereology. Subjects will be treated with different approaches and from different perspectives. The following sessions will be scheduled throughout the duration of the Congress:
- Courses including sessions with live patients
- Symposia, Workshops, Discussion Forums, Focus Sessions, Test Yourself Sessions, Controversies, What’s New and Plenary Lectures
- Short Presentations of selected Posters and Free Communications in thematic sessions
REGISTRATION
At least one author (the first or the presenting author) must register for the Congress within one month after having received notification of acceptance. The abstract will otherwise be withdrawn from the programme.
