A COVID járvány kedvező alakulása lehetővé teszi, hogy Brno-ban, 2021.09.16 - 2021.09.18. között ismét megrendezésre kerüljön a Visegrádi 4-ek Plasztikai Sebész Kongresszusa. A kongresszust megelőzően 2021.09.14-től a 3 napos "Flap dissection Course" színesíti a programot, mely külön érdeklődésre tarthat számot a plasztikai rezidensek körében. | A klinikai kutatások egyértelműen alátámasztják a metakognitív terápia (Wells, 1994) hatékonyságát a terápia rezisztens depressziós és szorongásos zavarok valamint a rekurrens állapotok esetében. Jó klinikai tapasztalatok vannak nemcsak a hipochondriasis és a krónikus kényszerbetegségek kezelésében alkalmazott metakognitív módszerekkel kapcsolatosan, de a szomatizációs kórképek kezelésében is egyre jobb eredmények születnek, de ezeket a módszereket nemcsak a klinikai súlyosságú zavarok kezelésében, hanem minden olyan esetben lehet alkalmazni, ahol a ruminációnak és aggodalmaskodásnak nagy szerepe van a pszichés distressz fennmaradásában. |

Cluster Club was established in 1980 and its meetings consisted of an informal get together of physicians interested in cluster headache that took place in conjunction with one of the international meetings. Many years have passed since the last Cluster Club meeting was held. This year, the Interuniversity Center for the Study of Headache and Adaptive Disorders (UCADH) - an Italian multidisciplinary research network active in the field of headache for decades undertook the initiative to reactivate the Cluster Club tradition and is proud to announce this new edition of the meeting.
The event will consist of a half-day meeting that will address current topics related to cluster headache (taxonomy, pathophysiology, and therapy) and will stimulate scientific discussion and future research on controversial issues.
The organizing committee warmly welcomes scientists and clinicians interested in cluster headache to network, present data, attend state-of-the-art lectures and learn from each others in a very informal setting.
