Határozatképtelenség esetén (kevesebb, mint 50% + 1 fő) a megismételt Közgyűlés 2021. november 6. napján 12 óra 35 perckor változatlan napirendi pontokkal kerül megtartásra, a megismételt közgyűlés a megjelentek számára tekintet nélkül határozatképes.
