Az évenként megrendezett Nagygyűlés Magyarország legnagyobb pszichológiai tudományos fóruma, mely lehetővé teszi az ország különböző pontjairól származó szakemberek találkozását, új kutatási eredményeik bemutatását, valamint a határon túli szakemberek és a társszakmák eszmecseréjét, együttműködését.
