A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. Surgical interventions include fast keynote presentations, oral discussions and exhibitions. New research and discoveries during surgery show that they are learning and offering new ideas for professionals, craftsmen and subcontractors to examine the region of surgery to share their test encounters and enjoy intelligent exchanges.

For several years CSRS-E has organized twice a year the “Hands on Cadaver Course”.
The course combines the unique experience of theoretical classes with hands on practice taught by distinguished faculty members of CSRS-ES.
Young orthopedic or neurological surgeons interested in spine pathology benefit by learning invaluable techniques then practicing shoulder to shoulder with some of Europe´s finest surgeons. The Fifth Course was rated extremely well by all participants.
The next course will take place March 12-13, 2010 in Barcelona, Spain. The course is held at the well-known and highly respected University of Barcelona´s Faculty of Medicine laboratories.
The price for the course is a modest 600 Euros which includes the course, two nights at a hotel, working meals and transportation to and from the course facilities.
