A kognitív terápiák harmadik hullámához tartozó metakognitív és mindfulness módszerek főként a krónikus és rekurrens állapotok kezelésére fókuszálnak, azokra a gondolkodási folyamatokra (rumináció, aggodalmaskodás), amelyek szerepet játszanak a pszichés zavarok fennmaradásában és meghatározzák a visszaesést is.
A klinikai kutatások egyértelműen alátámasztják a metakognitív terápia (Wells, 1994) hatékonyságát a terápia rezisztens depressziós és szorongásos zavarok valamint a rekurrens állapotok esetében. Jó klinikai tapasztalatok vannak nemcsak a hipochondriasis és a krónikus kényszerbetegségek kezelésében alkalmazott metakognitív módszerekkel kapcsolatosan de a szomatizációs kórképek kezelésében is egyre jobb eredmények születnek, de ezeket a módszereket nemcsak a klinikai súlyosságú zavarok kezelésében hanem minden olyan esetben lehet alkalmazni ahol a ruminációnak és aggodalmaskodásnak nagy szerepe van a pszichés distressz fennmaradásában.
Az utóbbi években a szkizofréniával kapcsolatos klinikai pszichológiai kutatások megalapozták a metakognitív tréning (Moritz, 2004, Fekete és mtsai, 2015) bevezetését a szkizofrénia kiegészítő terápiájaként. Ennek célja azoknak a gondolkodásbeli torzításoknak a korrekciója (elhamarkodott következtetés, monokauzális attribúció, kognitív merevség), amelyek szerepet játszanak a pszichózisok kialakulásában és fenntartásában, valamint a szociális kogníció (empátia, mentalizáció) deficitjeinek fejlesztése. Újabban a metakognitív tréninget a borderline személyiségzavar kezelésében is eredményesen alkalmazzák (Schilling, Moritz, 2015), és megalkották a depresszió (Jelinek, Moritz, 2015) és a kényszerbetegség (Hauschildt, Moritz, 2016) kezelésére szolgáló metakognitív tréningeket.
A képzésre olyan résztvevők jelentkezését várjuk, akik a pszichoterápiás helyzet és kommunikáció alapfogalmaival tisztában vannak, ismerik az alapvető kognitív viselkedésterápiás módszereket (szocializálás, gondolatnapló, átstrukturálás). |

The 11th International Symposium on Cell/Tissue Injury and Cytoprotection/ Organoprotection (ISCTICO), joint meeting of the Hungarian Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology (HUPHAR) and IUPHAR GI Section will be hosted by the University of Pécs, Hungary, between October 7-10, 2020 in the Episcopal Granary Visitor Center in Pécs, Hungary.

It is not easy to plan in the current situation caused by the COVID-19, but we hope that this difficult time will be over by Autumn, and we will meet at the conference.
We are aware of the travel restrictions and understand that some of you might be hesitant to register, therefore the deadline for the payment of the early bird registration fee, and abstract submission has been extended until July 6, 2020.

| The kidney has been implicated in blood pressure regulation since the observations of Richard Bright in 1827, when an inflammation of the kidney was associated with blood pressure regulation. Since then the role of the kidney in salt and water homeostasis and the renin angiotensin system have underscored the organ’s importance in control of blood pressure. Many of the inherited mechanisms identified in rare familial forms of hypertension affect salt handling in the nephron. In addition blood pressure reduction has been shown to be important in prevention of kidney damage. Recent advances in this area make this meeting, intended for cardiovascular and renal physicians very timely. We hope that established specialists and trainees will actively participate in this programme. |
