A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrológiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 38. évfolyamának 6. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 31 éves férfi, Bx 2019. április. Családi halmozódású, ismeretlen okú, idült veseelégtelenség (szérum kreatinin 190 umol/L, eGFR 39 ml/min, proteinuria 3 g/nap). Infertilitás.
(klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, genetika: Dr. Kalmár Tibor, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 45 éves nő, Bx 2020. december. Obezitás, hipertenzív krízis, pangásos szívelégtelenség, veseelégtelenség (szérum kreatinin 638 umol/L, eGFR 6 ml/min).
(klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 46 éves férfi, Bx 2021. március. 7 éve ismert hipertónia, 3 éve ismert 2-es típusú diabétesz mellitusz, retinopátia diabetika. Szérum kreatinin 94 umol/L, eGFR 83 ml/min, proteinuria 2.2 g/nap.
