A rendezvényeken a legnevesebb hazai szakemberek tájékoztatják az érintetteket és az érdeklődőket a betegséggel kapcsolatos tudnivalókról. A kifejezetten „laikus” közönségnek szánt előadások több oldalról járják körbe a témát, így a megelőzés, a helyes életmód vagy a lehetséges terápiák mellett szó esik majd a betegség kialakulásának hátteréről és a társadalomra gyakorolt különféle hatásairól is.
