A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrológiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 38. évfolyamának 7. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 22 éves nő, Bx 2021. Gyógyszerszedést (vs. metamizol-nátrium) követő oligo-anuriás akut veseelégtelenség. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 55 éves nő, Bx2021. Nephrosis szindróma. Elhízás (BMI 35kg/m2 felett). 5 éve ismert a hypertonia. 2-es típusú diabetes nem áll fenn. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 46 éves férfi, Bx 2021. Nephrosis szindróma. Súlyos elhízás (BMI 43,5 kg/m2). 7 éve ismert a hypertonia. 2-es típusú diabetes nem áll fenn. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla / Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).

Tisztelt Tagtársak!
Boldog, COVID-mentes, Új Évet minden tagtársunknak!
Nehéz év van mögöttünk. Nem csak a kongresszusunk, de a közgyűlésünk is elmaradt. Az elnök, főtitkár és vezetőség választás is lehetetlenné vált mind személyes részvétellel, mind elektronikus választással. Eleinte úgy tűnt, hogy nagy anyagi ráfordítással, az elektronikus az szavazást meg lehet oldani, - erről tájékoztattuk a tagságot - de az új jogszabályok miatt ennek a reálitása társaságunk esetében lényegében nullára csökkent. Ezzel egy időben a COVID miatti egészségügyi vészhelyzet miatti törvényi szabályozás lehetővé tette, hogy a társaság elnöksége a következő közgyűléséig tovább működjön. Az elnökség felkérte a vezetőséget, hogy tanácsadó testületként támogassa az elnökség munkáját. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy ez a szükség hozta megoldás nem fogja akadályozni a MOOT eredményes működését a járványidőszak alatt!
A következő közgyűlésünkre és a vezetőség választásra a május 27-29. között megrendezésre kerülő MOOT kongresszuson kerül sor.

W1 Giving evidence to the Tribunal - science or art?
This is an interactive skills workshop on giving evidence. The three presenters will give advice on the evidence required by the tribunal panel focussing on the legal criteria (led by Judge), presenting risk information and appropriate treatment.
Delegates will leave with a clearer understanding of how to be a competent medical witness at a mental health tribunal.

S7 Mental Health Informatics: health records, apps and priorities for the future
The first part of the session will cover the implementation of e-health projects such as Care.Data and its implications for research, service development and confidentiality.
The second part of the session will cover Mental Health apps and their use in clinical settings and by patients.
The third part of the session will cover recent developments in mental health informatics and priorities for the future.
W6 Cardiac assessment and QTc monitoring in mental health patients, principles and competencies
This workshop aims to look at management of cardiac risk in psychiatric patients. It will focus on identifying risk factors and relevant investigations including interpretation of the QT measurements on the ECG.

S41 Terrorism in the 21st Century: a new world without boundaries
The learning objectives of this session are:
- To learn about the varied factors which may lead some individuals to become terrorists
- To learn about how to frame and develop responses to prevent the recruitment of terrorists
- To learn how to frame and develop response to prevent individuals who have fought in Wars away from their home country in acting as terrorists in their home country.
