Meghívó a Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság (székhely: 1082 Budapest, Baross u. 23.) Közgyűlésére
Tisztelt Magyar Transzplantációs Társasági Tagtársunk!
A Magyar Transzplantációs Társaság Elnöksége és Vezetősége kiemelt feladatának tekinti, hogy a Társaság törvényesen, jogszerűen működjék. A jogszerű működés elképzelhetetlen folyamatos jogászi jelenlét, háttérmunka nélkül. Ennek biztosítására az MTT Elnöksége a Vezetőség egyetértésével felkérte Dr. Csabai Virginia ügyvédnőt, hogy legyen a Társaság jogi képviselője.
A 2014. március 15-én hatályba lépett új Polgári Törvénykönyv ( 2013. évi V. tv.) kapcsán szükségessé vált az Alapszabály több elemének módosítása. Az egyesület 2016. március 15. napját követően csak az új Ptk. rendelkezéseinek megfelelő Alapszabály alapján és az új Ptk. rendelkezéseinek megfelelően működhet. A szükséges módosításokat az Elnökség elkészíti, a Társaság jogi képviselője véleményezi, a tervezetet a Vezetőség jóváhagyja.

Az Alapszabály módosítását a Közgyűlésnek kell jóváhagynia. A sürgető határidők miatt a Vezetőség rendkívüli Közgyűlést hív össze az alábbiak szerint:
