Ezúton szeretnék mindenkit meghívni a Magyar Sebész Társaság Sebészeti Onkológiai Szekciójának negyedik országos rendezvényére, amely Szegeden, 2024. október 18-19-én kerül megrendezésre.
A pandémiát követő időszak újabb kihívások elé állítja a magyar egészségügyet, mely különösen érvényes az onkológiai ellátásra. A sebészetnek továbbra is kiemelkedő szerepe van rosszindulatú daganatok elleni küzdelemben. Mindezek alapján biztos vagyok benne, hogy a következő szegedi rendezvényünk is nagy érdeklődést fog kiváltani. Dear friends,
The Global situation is still very uncertain, and regulations are still changing unpredictably due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The greatest benefits of a WPA World Congress are its reputation for attracting world leaders in psychiatry from countries across the globe, and the unparalleled networking and relationship-building opportunities it provides. Thus, for the sake of adapting to the changing environment and ensuring the progress of our field, we cannot allow ourselves to postpone the congress any further. It is essential to WPA to ensure both the professional growth and the safety of the participants.
In light of that the WPA board has decided to transform the 20th WPA World Congress of Psychiatry into a fully virtual event.
By doing this, we are hoping to:
- give you the chance to participate in every valuable exchange of knowledge
- contribute to the field of psychiatry and mental health together
- preserve the values of the congress: collaboration, diversity, and connection
- reenact the WCP experience in the comfort and safety of your own home
- provide you with an enhanced scientific program
The virtual congress will take place on the same dates, between March 10-13, 2021. Virtual sessions will not only give you a chance for live interaction but will also be available on-demand up to 3 months after the congress. The WPA would like to thank all our participants and partners for their cooperation and understanding during this time. Please visit our FAQ page here where you will find answers to some of your more pressing questions including cancelation polity and what to expect from our virtual platform. Also, we would like to assure all our currently registered delegates who have paid the full rate, that we will refund the difference to the same payment method initially charged. If you wish to cancel your registration and receive a full refund, you will be able to do so by sending an email to reg_wcp20@kenes.com until Monday, November 2. On behalf of the Association of Korean Dermatologists, it is my great pleasure and honor to invite you to Korea Derma 2020 Online, which will be held during December 17-19, 2020. This year, with the ongoing development of the pandemic and with the health and wellbeing of all participants on the top priority, we decided to hold the symposium as a virtual meeting. I truly regret that we cannot have the opportunity to meet in person, but believe that Korea Derma 2020 Online will still provide you with inspiring viewpoints and a paradigm shift on aesthetic dermatology that will broaden your professional horizons.
