Étkezés: A közgyűlés ebéddel zárul.
A Közgyűlés határozatképtelenség esetén, megismételt időpontban, 2012. május 5-én, szombaton 10.30 órakor kerül megrendezésre, ugyanazon helyszínen és változatlan napirendi pontokkal.
Határozatképesség esetén a fórum a közgyűlés napirendjét követően kerül megrendezésre. Kérdések felvetésére a helyszínen, illetve előzetesen a tbokker@convention.hu címre megküldve nyílik lehetőség.
Kérünk mindenkit, hogy a Közgyűlésig a 2012. évi tagdíjat a mellékelt csekken befizetni szíveskedjék az esetleges elmaradásokkal együtt. A 2012 évi tagdíj 25.000 Ft a legutóbbi Közgyűlés határozata szerint.
