Esetek:
48 éves nő.eGFR = 90 ml/min/1,73m2. uTPCR > 350 mg/mmol, nephrosis syndroma. Hypertonia, diabetes nincs az anamnézisben.
49 éves férfi. eGFR = 37 ml/min/1,73 m2. uTPCR > 350 mg/mmol. 10 éve hypertonia, 3 vagy több szert igénylő.
6 g/nap proteinuria, progresszív azotemia, nephrosis syndroma. Hematológián észlelték a beteget MGUS miatt.
