2009. január 22-24. között, a Magyar Tudományos Akadémián rendezik meg a Magyar Idegtudományi Társaság XII. konferenciáját.
A program részeként január 23-án délelőtt „Recent development in the understanding of pathomechanism of migraine: novel therapeutic strategies” címmel rendeznek szimpóziumot, melyen két, a fejfájáskutatás nemzetközi élvonalába tartozó előadó, prof. Jes Olesen (Koppenhága, Dánia) és prof. Jean Schoenen (Liege, Belgium) is tart referátumot.

Furthermore, the association with the 6th Meeting of the International Society for NeuroImmunoModulation allows the development of topics on female immune physiology.
