The EPA Section of Suicidology and Suicide Prevention, in collaboration with the Section on Suicidology of the WPA and the National Institute for Health Migration and Poverty, organises the 2nd Roman Forum on Suicide: "From research to clinic".
The Forum will be held in Rome, Italy on 30-31 March 2017.
The aim will be to create a bridge between the resarch and the clinical practice in the assessment and treatment of suicidal behaviours.
Future directions of research will be analysed from a biological, public health and health care perspective. Taking into account new research findgs, clinical cases will be presented and discussed.
Participants are invited to submit proposals for posters. The objective of the two poster sessions is to give researchers the opportunity to present early results and to share experiences and strategies.
The deadline for abstract submission is November 30, 2016.
The venue has limited capacity. For this reason only the first 100 participants that will register will have their participation guaranteed. Registration fee is € 70,00. This amount is kept very low on purpose, to allow participation of young clinicians and researchers and will be used to cover minimal expenses related to the logistics of the event.
We hope that you will be able to participate and we encourage you to secure your place by registering as soon as possible.
