Amennyiben a fent meghirdetett közgyűlés a résztvevő tagok száma miatt határozatképtelen lenne, a jelen meghívóval a megismételt közgyűlést (az eredetileg meghirdetettel azonos helyszínen és azonos napirend mellett)

Felhívom a t. Tagok figyelmét arra, hogy a megismételt közgyűlés a jelenlevők számától függetlenül határozatképes. (Ptk.63.§.(7) bek.) Ennek megfelelően határozatai teljes értékűek és a Társaság valamennyi tagjára vonatkozóan kötelező érvényűek.
