A Magyar Immunológiai Társaság számára megtiszteltetés, hogy az EFIS a soron következő Board Meeting-jét Budapesten az MTA Székházban tartja.
Ehhez az alkalomhoz csatlakozik az „EFIS on Tour” nevű Szimpózium, ahol nemcsak neves EFIS vezetőségi tagok, de magyar kollégák is előadást tartanak Budapesten az MTA Székházban július 1-én 15.00-18.00 óra között.

The first Cardio Update Europe which just wrapped up in Vienna on 15-16 May 2015 was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who participated!
We would now like to announce the 2nd Cardio Update Europe which will take place next year in Budapest on 1-2 July, 2016. In these two days all of the burning issues in cardiology will be addressed by leading experts in their fields.
Both clinicians and practitioners will profit immensely from the lectures, and will improve their clinical and practical knowledge, as well as the quality of their daily work. Like previous meetings, there is a high quality scientific program related to research in Basic and Clinic areas in Hypertension, State-of-the-Art Lectures, Satellite Symposia, Breakfast Workshops, Working Groups sessions and credits for qualifying as Hypertension Specialists of the European Society of Hypertension.
Hypertension has become the number one cause of death in the world according to a WHO supported investigation. Despite the many scientific advances of the past few decades, much work remains to be done. Although we all do our best to reduce coronary heart disease, stroke, heart failure and cardiovascular complications, diabetes and obesity continue to increase worldwide. Primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases require a global approach of the cardiovascular risk, and an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of hypertension. |
