A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. Surgical interventions include fast keynote presentations, oral discussions and exhibitions. The DC2012 is hosted by the Korean Association of Immunologists and organized by the
Organizing Committee of the DC 2012.
The DC 2012 is anticipating more than 1,600 participants and industry representatives from 40
