A tanfolyam az Oxford Mindfulness Center protokollja szerint kerül megvalósításra. A 8 hetes sajátélmény csoport az Oxford Mindfulness Center magyar nyelvre adaptált munkafüzetével és meditációs hanganyagával dolgozik, melyet a csoporttagok megkapnak. A sajátélmény kurzus elengedhetetlen része, hogy a csoporttag lehetőleg mind a 8 alkalmon személyesen részt tudjon venni, illetve vállalja, hogy a 8 hét alatt napi 40-60 percet önállóan gyakorol. Az MBCT sajátélmény remek kiegészítése az egyéni terápiás munkának és más sajátélmény megtapasztalásnak is.

We are happy to inform you that we will be hosting a live conference in Budapest in 2019. The theme of this year's debate is "Trowel is the latest innovation in the latest patient care techniques", which provides an international space for discussing current and future challenges. The Nice 2009 congress will honor two great physicians, both from the USA, who have contributed immensely to research and care of patients with diabetes and CVD. Prof. Jesse Roth - who has introduced the direct study of cell surface receptors and their vital role in transforming hormonal signals to intracellular events. Jesse was a mentor to a great generation of leading diabetes investigators worldwide. Prof. Scott Grundy - a great investigator of the metabolic basis for CVD risk, and a world leader in defining and putting the metabolic syndrome at the center of CVD and diabetes risk.
