Amennyiben a közgyűlés határozatképtelen, úgy a megismételt Közgyűlés tartására 2019. június 21. napján 17.30 órakor kerül sor. A megismételt közgyűlés – ugyanezen napirendi pontok vonatkozásában – a megjelentek létszámától függetlenül határozatképes.
