Tisztelt MST-tag Kollégák! A vezetőség 2022. szeptember 1. (csütörtök) 13 óra 30 percre tűzte ki a Társaság közgyűlését, amelyre meghívjuk, részvételére feltétlenül számítunk. A közgyűlés után, 17 órakor lesz a 2020. évi Balassa János emlékelőadás: István Gábor: Kolorektális sebészet: 40 év szubjektív története Helyszín: Magyar Tudományos Akadémia Székházának Díszterme (1051 Budapest, Széchenyi István tér 9.) Regisztrálás 13 órától Javasolt napirend: - Elnökség beszámolója.
- Előző évről szóló számviteli beszámoló, javaslat az éves költségvetésre.
- Ellenőrző bizottság és fegyelmi bizottság beszámolója.
- Vita a beszámolókról és a költségvetésről, szavazás elfogadásukról.
- Vezetőség, felügyelő- és fegyelmi bizottság megválasztása.
A jelöltlista az MST 2022.09.01-jén tartandó vezetőségválasztó közgyűlésére megtekinthető ide kattintva - Egyebek.
A közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges. Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a szabályok szerint azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2022. szeptember 1-én 14 órára hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. Ez esetben a határozatképesség a megjelentek létszámától független.
