ELNÖKSÉGI KÖZLEMÉNY
MPT 2022. évi konferenciája – IDŐPONTVÁLTOZÁS!!!
Az MPT Elnöksége és a 2022. évi konferencia Szervező Bizottsága 2021. december 14-én rendkívüli ülést tartott. Ezen a legutóbbi időszak fejleményeit és az aktuális információkat (a járványhelyzet alakulása, a kollégák leterheltsége és kapacitása, a kongresszus költségvonzatai) értékelve többségi döntés született a 2022.03.30.- 2022.04.02. között személyes jelenléttel megtartandó konferencia elhalasztásáról. Mivel a jövő évi vándorgyűlésünket - a lehetőségek szerint - mindenképpen szeretnénk személyes részvétellel megtartani, ezért az Elnökség egyhangúlag úgy döntött, hogy az MPT 2022. évi Vándorgyűlését Budapesten, szeptember 28. - október 1. között tervezi megrendezni, személyes részvétellel. A döntés következtében természetesen módosulnak a jelentkezési-, absztrakt leadási határidők, melyekről a honlapon és a Hírlevélben folyamatosan tájékoztatjuk a tagságot. A regisztrációs felület jelenleg nem elérhető, amint az új helyzetnek megfelelően elkészül, újra megnyílik. Erről az említett felületeken -honlap, Hírlevél, TENSI-konferenciainfó - szintén értesítünk minden érdeklődőt.

A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 40. évfolyamának 1. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 75 éves nő. 1,5 g/nap proteinúria, mikrohematúria, eGFR 49 ml/min/tf. ANA, ds-DNS, anti-C1q antitest pozitív. Hipertónia 20 éve, 2-es típusú diabétesz 8 éve ismert polineuropátiával. Másfél éve gyorsult süllyedés miatt mieloma irányában vizsgálták, klonális plazmasejt szaporulat nem igazolódott. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, Dr. Ladóczky-Hulló Daniella, szövettan: Dr. Túrkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 33 éves férfi. 1-es típusú diabétesze 23 éve ismert. 2013-ban mikroalbuminúria, 2014-ben manifeszt proteinúria, 2020 őszétől 5-6 g/nap körüli, októbertől nefrózis szindróma. Hasi UH: nagyobb vesék. EGFR CKD-EPI 2021 formulával 110 ml/min/1,73 m2. Retinopátia diabetika ismert, 10 éve hipertónia is. BMI 28 kg/m2. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, hozzászólás: Prof. Prohászka Zoltán, szövettan: Dr. Túrkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 52 éves nő. Hemodialízist igénylő heveny veseelégtelenség, hiperkalcémia, anémia. Vizeletében 5 g/nap proteinúria, mikrohematúria. Egy év alatt 10 kg-os fogyás, csontfájdalmat nem panaszolt. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).

Dear Colleagues and Friends,
The Italian Society of Dermatology (SIDeMaST) is honored to host the 24th World Congress of Dermatology (WCD) in Milan from June 10-15, 2019. It will be held under the auspices of the International League of Dermatological Societies.
We are very proud that this prestigious event will again take place in Italy, as it has been over 40 years since we last hosted the world’s dermatologists. Milan has a rich historic heritage, dating back to when it was the capital of the Western Roman Empire. While in Milan, Leonardo da Vinci, the quintessential Renaissance artist and scientist, drew his iconic Vitruvian man and painted the world renowned Last Supper. The city is adorned with many gorgeous buildings, from both the past and the present. Today Milan is a dynamic and trendy city, a renowned international centre for fashion and design as well as the arts and science.
There are convenient connections to the other great cities of Italy, including Venice, Florence and Rome, as well as the lakes region.
Mi.Co. – The Milan Congress Venue is ideal for such a great Congress and it will comfortably accommodate the WCD participants, Sponsors, and Exhibitors.
The Meeting will focus on major breakthroughs and advances in Dermatology, ranging from clinical practice to research, technology and innovation. 3 April 2018 - Deadline for new member applications to join the ILDS. The ILDS cannot accept applications in the 12 months that precede the World Congress of Dermatology.
July 2018 - ILDS Board Regional Director nominations open.
August 2018 - Registration for the Assembly of Delegates opens.
August 2018 - ILDS Board International Director nominations open.
10 December 2018 - Deadline to submit letter of intent to bid for the 25th WCD in 2023. This must be submitted at least six months before WCD 2019.
