Fő téma: Diabéteszes betegek peritoneális dialízise
Témajavaslatok:
- Diabéteszes PD kezelt betegek antidiabetikus kezelése és táplálása az ajánlások és a napi gyakorlat tükrében
- Ápolói tapasztalatok a diabéteszes PD betegek táplálásával, edukálásával, antidiabetikus kezelésével kapcsolatban.
- PD betegek oxidatív stressz-paraméterei, HbA1c szintek és alkalmazott antidiabetikus kezelés.
- A glükózterhelés mértéke és a HbA1c illetve maradék veseműködés összefüggései.
- PD kezelt betegek kardiovaszkuláris szövődményei; myokardiális infarktus, stroke, nagyér-szövődmények, mortalitás hatása a PD kimenetelére, ápolási munkára (nehéz helyzetek megoldása stb.)
- Az oldatok glükóztartalmának szerepe, a glükózterhelés csökkentésének lehetőségei. Nemzetközi és hazai tapasztalatok.
- A PD kezelés indikációjának és kivitelezésének sajátosságai diabéteszes betegekben.
- Diabéteszes PD betegek anémiájának kezelése – gyakorlati tapasztalatok, EPO igény összehasonlítása nem diabéteszes PD vagy HD kezelt diabéteszes betegek tapasztalataival.
- Diabéteszes PD betegek Ca-P anyagcseréje, speciális jellemzők. Nővéri edukálás szempontjai az étrendet, gyógyszeres kezelést illetően.
- Vese- és pankreász-vese átültetés aránya, sikere a diabéteszes PD betegekben, várólista arány – HD kezelt diabéteszes betegekkel összehasonlítva.
- Diabéteszes PD kezelt betegek infekciója, megelőzési lehetőségek, sikeres kezelések.
Az összes fenti témából érdekes esetek kazuisztikai feldolgozása, bemutatása orvosi vagy nővéri szempontból.
A fenti témákhoz kapcsolódóan várjuk a szakterületen dolgozó orvosok és nővérek előadásait, előadás kivonatait. A bejelentett előadások szólhatnak esetbemutatásokról, új módszerek bevezetéséről, új ötletek megismertetéséről, team munkák eredményeiről a fenti fő témákban, illetve készülhetnek a fő témáktól függetlenül is, melyek a varia szekcióban kerülnek bemutatásra.
A bejelentett előadások függvényében poszter ismertetésre is van lehetőség (a formátum függőleges: 110 cm x 90 cm).
A bejelentett előadások absztraktjait a legutóbbi MANET Nagygyűlésen is alkalmazott formátumban és adatokkal várjuk e-mailben.

Minimally Invasive Thyroid Treatments (MITT) are increasingly applied in the clinical practice all over Europe for the treatment for benign and malignant thyroid diseases.
The MITT group has been founded in 2018 in Italy, to promote multidisciplinary partnership among physicians with different expertise who share the interest in MITT and to improve the clinical, diagnostic, and therapeutic management of benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid glands diseases.
During the 2024 MITT meeting, the present guidelines on both benign and malignant thyroid disease management will be presented, and the most widely used techniques for ablation will be presented by renowned experts in the field. Also, the most updated evidence on the application of MITT in benign thyroid nodules, autonomously functioning thyroid nodules, and malignant tumours will be illustrated.
Furthermore, a series of real-life clinical cases will be presented and discussed between the expert panel and the participants.
During the second day, the organization of a thyroid ablation clinical practice will be discussed, with particular focus on preoperative and postoperative patients’ management, possible type of anaesthesia, with the discussion of a video-recorded treatment.
In the end, a series of “hot topics” on minimally invasive treatments of the thyroid will be presented and discussed with the participants, including treatment of parathyroid adenomas, complications of MITT and their management, and the problem of nodule regrowth.
Hands-on workshops will also be available at the end of the meeting for those who will want to try the different available technologies and techniques on dedicated phantoms.
