Kedves Kolléganő! Kedves Kolléga Úr!
A koraszülöttek speciális ellátási igényeitől a fejlődésneurológiai- vagy izomtónuseloszlási zavarok felismerésén át, a malignus megbetegedések diagnózisában tapasztalt tévedésekig, a területen dolgozó gyermekorvosok szerteágazó kérdéseire keresünk választ az idei Kávészünet konferencián.
Dönthettünk volna úgy, hogy egyetlen témát járunk végig fejétől a talpáig, ehelyett inkább a többség igényét követve, az „ebből is egy kicsit, abból is egy kicsit” elv alapján szemezgetünk majd, izgalmas kérdéskörökből. Sok mindent szeretnénk ugyanis jobban tudni, sok mindenben szeretnénk lépést tartani a gyarapodó ismeretekkel. Ennek jegyében szervezünk idén először, a nulladik napon egy konferencia előtti, klubszerű beszélgetést is, amikor egy workshop lehetőségei között, viszonylag szűk körben, a részletekbe menően mélyedhetünk el néhány gyakorlati probléma rejtelmeiben. Erről a programról részleteket a „Kávéházi szalon” mellékelt meghívójában olvashat.
Lesz még szó a konferencián a hamarosan induló, több száz házi gyermekorvost érintő „Koragyermekkori” TÁMOP programról, a tutor képzésről, újabb, bevezetésre kerülő térítésmentes védőoltásokról, és megszervezzük a „szinten tartó” reanimációs képzést idén is.
Nem lenne persze igazi a házi gyermekorvosok ünnepi találkozója, a „Péntek esti láz”, a meglepetéskoncert, vagy szombat esti közös program nélkül.
A tartalomról tehát gondoskodunk, és igyekszünk mindent megtenni, hogy a végén úgy összegezzen: érdemes volt eljönni, jó volt megint itt lenni.

A mindfulness meditáció a kognitív terápia harmadik hullámának rendkívül érdekes, meglepően hatékony új területe. Legjobban a „tudatos jelenlét” kifejezéssel lehet lefordítani: olyan speciális figyelmi állapotot, tudati beállítódást jelent, amely a jelenre fókuszál, növeli a mentális folyamatokkal kapcsolatos tudatosságot, a gondolatok kíváncsi megfigyelését és elfogadását javasolja. A standard kognitív terápiától eltérően nem akarja megváltoztatni az emocionális distresszt kiváltó negatív gondolatokat, hanem az azoktól való távolságtartásra bátorítja az egyént. Fő üzenete az, hogy a személyiség több és gazdagabb, mint gondolatainak összessége. A depresszióban, szorongásos állapotokban megjelenő negatív gondolatok pusztán tudattartalmak, amelyek lehet, hogy igazak, de lehet, hogy nem: de semmiképpen sem azonosak a személlyel. A jelenben való létezés és pl. a kényszergondolatoktól való távolságtartás nagyon hatékony a stresszel kapcsolatos betegségek megelőzésében. A mindfulness meditáció hatékonyságát számos vizsgálat alátámasztja: míg korábban jó eredménnyel használták a krónikus fájdalom és krónikus stressz kezelésében, ma már a súlyos rekurrens depresszióban is segít a visszaesések megelőzésében.
A mindfulness képzést olyan segítő szakembereknek ajánljuk, akik munkájuk során pszichés problémákkal küzdő, szorongásos és depressziós páciensekkel, krónikus fájdalmakban, daganatos megbetegedésben, stressz eredetű szív-, emésztési és légzőszervi problémákban szenvedő páciensekkel dolgoznak.

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
