A Szent István Kórház Bőrgyógyászati osztálya 2015. évi tudományos ülése
Tisztelt Kollégák!
Szeretettel meghívjuk Önöket a Szent István Kórház Bőrgyógyászati osztálya szokásos évi tudományos ülésére.
Ez az ülés 26. alkalommal kerül megrendezésre. Jólesően vettük tudomásul, hogy néhányan már hiányolták a megszokott novemberi találkozót. Örömmel jelentem, hogy a hagyomány nem szakadt meg, csak új helyszínen, és új időpontban várjuk kedves kollegáinkat.
Az elmúlt évek változásai osztályunkat sem kímélték. Ágylétszámunk folyamatosan csökkent, aktív ágyainkat felszámolták, jelenleg 24 ágyat működtetünk a nyiroködémás és lábszárfekélyes betegek ellátására.
Alkalmazkodnunk kellett a megváltozott helyzethez. Tevékenységünk az ambuláns betegellátás irányába tolódott el. A Bőrosztály fő profilja változatlanul a nyiroködémás és lábszárfekélyes esetek kezelése, de emellett továbbra is ellátunk bőrdaganatos eseteket.
Munkánk során magunk is szembesülünk nap mint nap azokkal a nehézségekkel, amelyek a járóbeteg ellátás velejárói. Ezek közül néhányat felvettünk a tudományos ülés programjába. A cél eddig is az volt, hogy témaválasztásunkban a gyakorlat szempontjait tartsuk szem előtt. A témák változnak, de a cél változatlan!
Az előadók között ismerős neveket fognak felfedezni, akik korábban a Bőrosztály orvosai voltak és aktív szerepük volt a tudományos ülések létrejöttében. Remélem, hogy a jelenlegi és korábbi orvosok együtt jó csapatot alkotnak.
Úgy tervezzük, hogy mind az előadások, mind a betegbemutatások után kellő időt biztosítsunk a hozzászólásokra és vitára. Azt szeretnénk, hogy kollégáink, akik jelenlétükkel megtisztelnek minket, tartalmas előadásokat halljanak, és hasznos vitában vegyenek részt.

It is our pleasure to invite you to the Brno Flap Dissection Course 2025, taking place from September 20–23, 2025, in Brno, Czech Republic.
This year’s course will feature an outstanding faculty of internationally renowned experts in reconstructive microsurgery:- J.P. Hong (South Korea)

- Bohdan Pomahač (USA)
- Jian Farhadi (UK/Switzerland)
Their expertise covers head, neck, and facial reconstruction, breast and extremity reconstruction—including orthoplastic procedures—and robotic microsurgery. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from some of the most respected leaders in the field.
The course opens on Saturday, September 20, with a Mini-Symposium, where all four guest speakers will deliver keynote lectures.
The course program includes:- Three days of cadaveric dissections covering both basic and advanced flap techniques

- A workshop on preoperative planning and diagnostics for perforator flaps
- A microvascular anastomosis workshop – including robot-assisted training on animal models
A special highlight of the course will be a live demonstration of facial transplant harvest techniques by Professor Pomahač.
