A 2023 őszén megrendezett nyitott pancreas sebészeti kuzusunk után ezen gyakorlati tanfolyam célja a minimálisan invazív beavatkozás lépéseinek elsajátítása speciálisan fixált cadaverek segítségével.
A kurzuson rövid elméleti áttekintést követően 2 fős munkacsoportokban, 4 munkaállomáson lehetőség nyílik a laparoszkópos distalis pancreas resectio gyakorlására tapasztalt mentorok közreműködésével.

A Francia Radiológus Társaság (SFR) őszi, párizsi kongresszusán (JFR 2024) Magyarország kiemelt, tiszteletbeli vendég lesz, a Magyar Radiológusok Társasága saját standdal és előadásokkal jelenik meg. Ez alkalomból a kongresszuson a magyar radiológusok kedvezményes tarifa ellenében vehetnek részt.
A közel húszezer fős látogatottságú JFR 2024-en nagyszámú nemzetközi előadóval, a legfrissebb szakmai újdonságokkal lehet majd találkozni és együtt ünnepelhetjük Magyarországot, mint a kongresszus tiszteletbeli vendégét. A rendezvény francia nyelven zajlik, de kis számban szoktak lenni angol és spanyol nyelvű szekciók is.

Kedves Kollégák!
Az először 1994-ben Dr. Csillag József főorvos úr kezdeményezésére Veszprémben megrendezett baráti-szakmai PECH óta 30 év telt el. Főorvos úr emlékének tisztelegve szeretettel hívunk meg minden kollégát az idei jubileumi ülésére ismét a királynők városába.
A tudományos előadásokban az eredeti kezdeményezésnek megfelelően kiemelt jelentőséget kapnak az esetbemutatások, amelyek a tudományos ülések „Gyöngyszemei” és izgalmas, interaktív megbeszélésre adnak lehetőséget. Ezek során az endokrinológia minden területére elkalandozunk az agyalapimirigy, a pajzsmirigy, a mellékpajzsmirigy és a mellékvese betegségektől, az egyéb hormonális és metabolikus zavarokig. Bízunk abban, hogy a kiváló előadók által prezentált előadások, esetismertetések mindannyiunk számára tanulságosak, élvezetesek lesznek és az elhangzottak mindennapi gyakorlatunk részévé válnak.
Már a program neve – Pannon Endokrin Club Hétvége – is sokat elárul Főorvos úr személyiségéből és szellemiségéből. A mindig is oly fontos “csapatként” a régi időket is megidézve, a magas szakmai színvonal mellett, jókedvű, baráti hangulatú konferencia szervezésével szeretnénk tovább vinni ezt az örökséget, visszatérve a PECH-el arra a helyszínre, ahol ezek a konferenciák elkezdődtek.

Tisztelt Kollégák, kedves Barátaink!
Immár ötödik alkalommal rendezzük meg a Magyar Szülészeti és Nőgyógyászati Endokrinológiai Társaság (MSZNET) tematikus továbbképző szimpóziumát, már hagyományosan az Exeltis Magyarország Kft-vel karöltve. Az értékes hagyomány megteremtése Szilágyi András professzor nevéhez fűződik. Az idei, jubileumi ötödik témaválasztásunk a policisztás petefészek szindrómára esett.
A témakör évtizedek óta okkal van a reproduktív endokrinológiával foglalkozó szakemberek érdeklődésének fókuszában, hiszen a leggyakoribb nőgyógyászati endokrinológiai kórképről van szó, mely az infertilitásnak is a leggyakoribb oka. A szindróma klinikai diagnosztikája, etiológiai megközelítése és összetett kezelése folyamatosan változó megítélés alá esik, ezt támasztják alá a folyamatosan frissülő nemzetközi útmutatók is.
A változó irányelvek szakmai vitákat is generálnak. Az MSZNET elnöksége célul tűzte ki, hogy egy intenzív egynapos rendezvény keretében tekintsük át a PCOS diagnosztikájának és kezelésének teljes spektrumát, a legújabb irányelvek tükrében. A PCOS igazi interdiszciplináris kórkép, ezért nagy örömünkre szolgál, hogy a hazai nőgyógyász és belgyógyász endokrinológus szakértők legkiválóbb képviselői fogadták el meghívásunkat referátumok tartására, melyet kitüntetésnek tekintünk.
Minden sikeres rendezvényhez kell mecénás is. Törekvéseinket évek óta támogatja szakmai partnerünk, az Exeltis Magyarország Kft., akikkel együtt hiszünk céljaink sikeres elérésében a reproduktív endokrinológia különböző területein, és ez az együttműködés az elmúlt tíz évben gyümölcsözőnek is bizonyult. Biztosak vagyunk benne, hogy a program ezúttal is emlékezetes lesz a résztvevő nőgyógyászok, endokrinológusok, belgyógyászok és gyermekgyógyászok körében.

This conference will bring thought leaders from various fields within Immunology and Extracellular Vesicle research together in order to address the key challenges at the interface of EV research and immunity. This conference will provide a unique forum for listening to the latest data from thought leaders, sharing new discoveries and exchanging ideas, setting up new collaborations, and identifying important future directions and research needs.
Furthermore, this meeting will provide the opportunity to initiate the activities of an ISEV “Special Interest Group” (SIG) dedicated to Immunity and EVs/NVEPs. We really hope that you will be as excited as us to attend this meeting, and possibly get a chance to become an active member of this SIG.
As a reminder, the symposium is confidential to foster new ideas and unpublished data sharing. We also would like to emphasize that this symposium is foreseen to develop into the reference conference on EVs in Immunity.
