A Magyar Immunológiai Társaság számára megtiszteltetés, hogy az EFIS a soron következő Board Meeting-jét Budapesten az MTA Székházban tartja.
Ehhez az alkalomhoz csatlakozik az „EFIS on Tour” nevű Szimpózium, ahol nemcsak neves EFIS vezetőségi tagok, de magyar kollégák is előadást tartanak Budapesten az MTA Székházban július 1-én 15.00-18.00 óra között.

The first Cardio Update Europe which just wrapped up in Vienna on 15-16 May 2015 was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who participated!
We would now like to announce the 2nd Cardio Update Europe which will take place next year in Budapest on 1-2 July, 2016. In these two days all of the burning issues in cardiology will be addressed by leading experts in their fields.
Both clinicians and practitioners will profit immensely from the lectures, and will improve their clinical and practical knowledge, as well as the quality of their daily work. Recently, the application of ultrasound in neurosciences has significantly widened its horizon, not only in the diagnostic realm thanks to a better image resolution and more accurate flow measurements, but it entered the therapeutic realm with new and very exciting avenues: ultrasound enhanced thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke, ultrasound-mediated drug delivery, ultrasound-mediated gene delivery. Indeed, over the last few years, we have seen an increasing interest in neurovascular ultrasound especially by young scientists who are dedicated to these aspects of ultrasonography, bringing new ideas and a very modern approach to diagnosis, monitoring, therapy and rehabilitation.

The topics of the 13th Congress will cover most of the classical and new applications of ultrasound, from acute stroke to parenchyma and perfusion imaging, from monitoring in surgery and stenting to many different clinical condition such as migraine, diabetes, atherosclerosis, syncope, hypertension.
Following the success of the theoretical and practical Certification in Neurosonology obtained last year in Budapest, during the tutorials delegates will be offered the possibility to gain the International Certificate in Neurosonology.

Abstracts (with a maximum of 250 words) must be submitted 30th March 2008.
Abstracts longer than 250 words will be returned to the authors.
