Tisztelt Kollégák!
Hagyományainkhoz híven interdiszciplináris fórumot szeretnénk biztosítani, a továbbképzés feladatait is felvállalva a nőgyógyászati onkológiai legújabb eredményeinek bemutatására különös tekintettel olyan aktuális problémák megvitatására, mint a nőgyógyászati malignómák primér és szekunder prevenciója jelenlegi helyzete és megújításának lehetőségei. Mindkét területen jelentős az fejlődés, ha csak a ma már 9 típussal szemben védelmet biztosító HPV vakcinát vagy a cervicalis rákmegelőző állapot in vivó azonosítása terén történt előre lépést említjük a LuViva multimodális hyperspektroszkópia alkalmazásával.
A kongresszus szakmai hátterét és szervezését a Magyar Nőorvos Társaság Cervixpathológiai Szekciója biztosítja Prof. Dr. Hernádi Zoltán a Cervixpathológiai Szekció elnöke irányításával, a helyi előkészítő munkát a vezetőség tagja dr. Kiss Miklós főorvos segíti. A New Instant Szervezőiroda végzi a technikai lebonyolítást, előző rendezvényeinkhez hasonlóan immár hetedik alkalommal.
A kongresszus fő témái:
A méhnyakrák primér prevenciója – mit ajánl ma a nőgyógyász – kettő, négy vagy kilenc komponensű vakcinát?
A méhnyakrák szekunder prevenciója, a méhnyakszűrés minősége – találati biztonsága javításának újabb lehetősége a LuViva multimodális hyperspektroszkópia.
Személyre szabott szűrési protokollok kialakítása az életkor, a gesztációs anamnézis, és a rizikó kategória szerint.
A modern, erre a célra validált HPV teszt beillesztésének lehetősége a primér szűrésbe az európai szabályozással összhangban.
A cytológiai vizsgálat továbbfejlesztésének lehetőségei: „liquid based” cytológia immun-cytokémiai vizsgálatok, flow cytometria.
A méhnyakszűrés hazai helyzete és szervezeti megújításának lehetőségei: „self irrigation” mintavétel, védőnői, háziorvosi nőgyógyász szakorvosi szűrés/ komplex rákszűrés koncepciója és tapasztalatai
A kötelezően felajánlandó HPV vakcináció iskolaorvosi és gyermekgyógyászati tapasztalatai – a nőgyógyász szakorvos kapcsolódó feladatai és az együttműködés lehetőségei.
A kötelezően felajánlandó HPV vakcináció által lefedett populáción túli korosztályok vakcinációja.
Multidiszciplináris fórum az ANTSz, a gyártók, a finanszírozó, a betegfórumok és a szolgáltatók részvételével a vakcináltak körének szélesítése érdekében
A nőgyógyászati onkológiai innováció legújabb diagnosztikai és terápiás eredményei
Humán papilloma vírus kutatások „up to date 2017” Mit látunk másképpen mint pár évvel korábban?
Hazai onkológiai „státusz” a statisztikai adatok tükrében: morbiditási és mortalitási adatok, a méhnyakrák és egyéb nőgyógyászati malignómák valamint rákmegelőző elváltozásaik jelenlegi epidemiológiai jellemzői.
A HPV/cytológiai/pathológiai diagnosztika újabb lehetőségei a szenzitivitás és specificitás valamint a prediktív érték javításának újabb útjai, minőségbiztosítás.

As part of the conference, we will be hosting a poster exhibition and would like to invite academics, researchers, patient organisations, advocates, industry, government agencies, and healthcare professionals to submit a poster abstract that will be displayed as part of the exhibition.
This is a prime opportunity to highlight the great work happening throughout the neuromuscular and rare disease community, as well as helping contribute to global advancements in healthcare.
