Tudatos jelenlét (mindfulness) gyakorlás Rendezvény vége: 2018.12.01. Helyszín: 1083 Budapest, Tömő u. 25., Semmelweis Egyetem Budapest, Klinikai Pszichológia Tanszék A tudatos jelenlét tréningek lényegi eleme az időről időre történő elvonulás és egész napos gyakorlás. Erre ad lehetőséget ez a „csendes nap”. Az alkalomra való jelentkezés feltétele korábbi mindfulness alapképzettség, minimálisan korábbi 8 hetes sajátélmény csoporton való korábbi részvétel. Az egész napos gyakorlás magában foglalja a korábbi gyakorlatok egy részének átismétlését, benne egy evésmeditációt is, ezért a jelentkezőktől kérjük, hogy hozzanak magukkal hideg ebédet.
A képzés vezetője: Dr. Perczel-Forintos Dóra, tanszékvezető egyetemi tanár, klinikai szakpszichológus, ECP pszichoterapeuta, kognitív viselkedésterapeuta, MBCT tanár
