KEDVES KOLLÉGÁK!
A szexuális úton terjedő fertőzések (STI) világszerte, így hazánkban is észlelhető módon nemcsak egyre gyakoribbá váltak, de egyre fiatalabb korosztályokat is sújtanak, amihez az alapvető egészségügyi ismeretek hiánya, az internetes ismerkedési lehetőségek bővülése és a gyakran kontrollálatlan, alkalmi partnerkapcsolatok is kétségtelenül hozzájárulnak. A horizontális terjedés intenzitása kihat a vertikális, azaz fetalis/neonatalis infekciókra, ami a járványügyi adatokkal alátámasztva többek között a congenitális szifiliszes és Chlamydia trachomatis-fertőzött újszülött esetszámot is kedvezőtlenül befolyásolja.
A prevenció fontosságán túl nem lehet kellőképp hangsúlyozni a korai felismerés jelentőségét, ami egy diagnosztizált STI kórkép esetében a potenciális koinfekciók szűrését is magában foglalja.
Idei Nagygyűlésünk a fentiek szellemében próbálja felölelni azt az igen széles tematikus spektrumot, mely szervesen kapcsolódhat az STI kórképekhez. Az előzetes program is jól példázza, hogy a tanulságos esetismertetések, diagnosztikus aktualitások, klasszikus nemi betegségek tárgyalása mellett összefoglaló előadásokkal és tematikus szekciókkal is készülünk. Neves külföldi előadóink angol nyelvű prezentációi értékes elméleti, gyakorlati információkkal gazdagítják a tervezett programot.
A nagy érdeklődésre való tekintettel 2 új „Meet the expert”-jellegű gyakorlati kurzussal bővítettük akkreditált továbbképző tanfolyamaink listáját, melyeket elsősorban rezidenseknek, fiatal pályakezdő kollégáknak ajánlunk. Az érdeklődők a venerológiai kivizsgálás és a mikroszkópos kenetértékelés népszerű témakörein túl idén a proktológiai kivizsgálás, valamint az STI-counselling alapfogalmaival ismerkedhetnek meg kurzusainkon.
Kérjük, kísérjék figyelemmel a jelentkezési határidőket, mert a továbbképzésekre csak limitált számú jelentkezőt tudunk fogadni. A felkért előadásokon túl lehetőség nyílik a további prezentációk, poszterek bemutatására, örömmel számítunk aktív részvételükre.

Az imaginációs rescripting egy olyan experimentális technika, amit a sématerápia (is) előszeretettel használ. Lehetővé teszi a kliens számára, hogy olyan érzelmekkel dolgozzon amelyek kognitívan nehezen, vagy nem hozzáférhetőek és segíti a traumatikus élmények feldolgozását. A workshop célja, hogy segítséget nyújtson az imaginációs rescripting gyakorlati kivitelezésében. A képzésen röviden tárgyalni fogja az imaginációs rescripting elméleti hátterét, az imaginációs technikákat sémamódonként és az imagináció felhasználását trauma feldolgozásra.
