Az imaginációs rescripting egy olyan experimentális technika, amit a sématerápia (is) előszeretettel használ. Lehetővé teszi a kliens számára, hogy olyan érzelmekkel dolgozzon amelyek kognitívan nehezen, vagy nem hozzáférhetőek és segíti a traumatikus élmények feldolgozását. A workshop célja, hogy segítséget nyújtson az imaginációs rescripting gyakorlati kivitelezésében. A képzésen röviden tárgyalni fogja az imaginációs rescripting elméleti hátterét, az imaginációs technikákat sémamódonként és az imagináció felhasználását trauma feldolgozásra.

Dear colleagues and friends! It is our great pleasure to welcome you to an exceptional aortic meeting with a focus on aortic arch – the Lugano 2019 AORTIC Summit – in an entirely new format to intensify knowledge upon aortic pathology and its various treatment modalities being available today. This summit is a practical and logical consequence of the consensus paper on the Aortic Arch, which was a common achievement by both scientific societies ESVS and EACTS. Understanding the disease forms the basis, being familiar with the treatment options available enlarges the armamentarium and being able to implement them into clinical practice gives the freedom and the flexibility to offer sustainable personalized solutions to treat patients with acute and chronic thoracic aortic pathology in an aortic team. While it is the mission of the Aortic Association to reduce the burden of aortic disease by education, training and advancing knowledge taking the entire organ aorta into account, we will focus on acute and chronic thoracic aortic pathology involving the aortic arch. During this course, you will be taken on a journey through the aortic arch and its major branches sharing expertise with a world-renown faculty and you will have the opportunity to practice during numerous workshops addressing both open surgery and endovascular therapy. This summer school, held in English, is specifically aimed at dermatology residents/trainees and at PhD students and postdocs affiliated to dermatological research focusing on the melanocyte lineage including hypo/hyper-pigmentation of the skin and hair and on melanoma with limited experience in experimental research and in molecular biology.
The workshop will comprise a mixture of research presentations, and interactive and practical sessions. An electronic and printed booklet of methods and protocols presented during the course will be given to participants at the beginning of the course.
Main Topics will include:
* Establishment of the melanocyte lineage
* Homeostasis of the melanocyte lineage
* Congenital and acquired hypo/hyper-pigmentation
* Melanoma
Specific Topics will cover:
* Establishment of the melanocyte lineage, in vivo and in vitro imaging - Melanosome
* Congenital Giant nevus, Vitiligo - Preclinical development in vitiligo
* Autophagy and pigmentation, Single cells analysis, Genetic of pigmentation and melanoma
* Mechanisms of melanomagenesis, Microbiota and melanomagenesis
* Interaction Melanocyte – Microenvironment, Clinical update on melanoma
Practical courses will include:
* Establishment of melanocytes and melanoma cells in culture from mouse models
* Overexpression and KD (transfection and infection) of genes in cell lines
* Read out: auto-fluorescence, immunofluorescence, WB, RT-PCR, and RNAscope
Localization of melanoblasts in the embryo – labeling (Dct::LacZ, ZEG) |
