A Semmelweis Egyetem Patológiai, Igazságügyi és Biztosítási Orvostani Intézet Nefropatológiai Munkacsoportja örömmel hívja meg a nefrológiával foglalkozó orvosokat/kutatókat a Nefropatológiai Esetmegbeszélések soron következő előadására, melyet online szervezünk.

Esetek:
79 éves férfi. eGFR = 20 ml/min/1,73m2. Proteinuria = 12 g/nap. Plasmasejtes betegség gyanúja miatt csontvelő biopszia történt, malignus betegséget nem igazolt.
43 éves nő. 2020-ban nephrotikus mértékű proteinuria, FSGS tip-lézió igazolódott biopsziával. Suboptimális terápiás válasz, romló vesefunkció miatt rebiopszia.
71 éves nő. Malignus folyamat miatt ALK gátló kezelés, progresszíven romló vesefunkcióval. Gyógyszer elhagyása ellenére is további romlás jelenleg seCreat = 720 μmol/l.
