Az Egészséges Öregedésért Tudományos Egyesület és a Semmelweis Egyetem I.sz. Belgyógyászati Klinika közös szervezésében továbbképző tanfolyamot indít, ami az idősödő emberi szervezetben kialakuló fiziológiás változásokról és az ezeket gyorsító tényezőkről szól. A tanfolyam tematikája alapján – egyedülálló módon – az egészség és a betegség határterületével foglalkozik tudományos igényességgel. Gyakorlati segítséget kíván nyújtani az orvosoknak abban, hogy a sokat emlegetett, de nem jól definiált „egészséges életmód” tanácsolásán túl mit tehetnek pácienseik egészséges öregedésért.
A 2009. őszi tanfolyam mindenki számára ingyenes, köszönhetően a témát támogató cégek önzetlen felajánlásainak. Időpontja szeptembertől minden hónap első csütörtök délutánja.

Nicolaides professzor úr vállalta, hogy a három évvel ezelőtt Debrecenben tartott nagy sikerű tanfolyamhoz hasonlóan a terhességi ultrahangszűrések új dimenzióiról 2009. szeptember 3-án 10-16 óráig pre-congress kurzust tart. A pre-congress kurzuson a résztvételi díj 8.000 Ft
