A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 41. évfolyamának 10. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk. Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 60 éves nő. Szérum kreatinin 193 umol/L, eGFR 14 mL/ min/1,73 m2, albumin 36 g/L, proteinuria 10 g/nap, hematuria, CKD-G4 stádium. (referálják: Dr. Belovai Alexandra, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 33 éves nő. Szérum kreatinin 60 umol/L, eGFR >90 mL/ min/1,73 m2, proteinuria 0,7 g/nap, makroematuria. Egy éve ismert SLE, anti-dsDNA+. (referálják: Dr. Bitó László, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor). 3. 76 éves férfi. Progresszív krónikus veseelégtelenség (CKD-G4), polymyalgia rheumatica miatt gondozott. Szérum kreatinin 245 umol/L, eGFR 16 mL/ min/1,73 m2. Proteinuria 0,16 g/nap. (referálják: Dr. Fejes Imola, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
